When will I get my order?

What is the return policy?
The sale of all original artworks is final and non-returnable, except in the case of damage. If your artwork arrives damaged, you must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video as proof. Once the return is approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 15 days. Limited Edition Prints are also returnable only in the case of damage. Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all original artworks are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged during transit. We follow a thorough quality check and careful packaging process to ensure every artwork reaches you safely.
When will I get my order?
All artworks are carefully packed and shipped in a box to ensure safe delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do the artworks come framed?

Do I get a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes! Every original artwork is signed, dated, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity by ablurphotograph.
How do I care for my artwork?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove surface dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents as they may damage the paint. We recommend glass framing to protect the artwork and ensure its longevity.
