This website is operated by Vanshita Arora, under the brand name ablurphotograph. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ablurphotograph. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Products & Services

Original artworks
Fine art prints

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind, and prints are produced in limited or defined formats. All product descriptions and visuals are shared to the best of our ability; however, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen differences and the handmade nature of the work.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Shopify-supported payment gateways.

We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping may be introduced at a later stage.

All ablurphotograph fine art boxes are custom made. Please allow 7–10 business days for orders to be mindfully packaged and shipped to their new homes. Once shipped, tracking information will be shared via email.

ablurphotograph is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Parcels returned or abandoned due to address errors

In such cases, any return shipping fees or loss of the item will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Orders

All artworks are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or tampered with:

An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim
The issue must be reported via email within 2 days of purchase
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted

Each case will be reviewed individually.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Vanshita Arora / ablurphotograph.

No artwork or content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

ablurphotograph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
