At ablurphotograph, each artwork is created, handled, and packaged with care. Due to the nature of original art and fine art prints, please carefully review this policy before placing your order.
Final Sale
All artworks and prints sold on ablurphotograph are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been place
Damaged or Tampered Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with during transit, we may offer a resolution under the following conditions:

An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the sealed package being opened

The issue must be reported via email within 2 days of delivery

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted
Each case will be reviewed individually, and any resolution (replacement or refund) will be at the sole discretion of ablurphotograph.
Packaging & Shipping
All ablurphotograph fine art boxes are custom made. Please allow 7–10 business days for orders to be mindfully packaged and shipped to their new homes.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
ablurphotograph is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Parcels returned, delayed, or abandoned due to address errors
Any additional shipping fees, return shipping costs, or loss of item resulting from such errors will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in cases of verified damage during transit and after successful review of the required documentation.
No refunds will be issued for:

Change of mind

Colour or texture variations

Delays caused by courier services

Incorrect address details provided by the customer
